Today’s Diet:

  • Breakfast:
  • Salad:
  • Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrots, Rosemary Ham, Avocado, Cucumber
  • Morning Snack:
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Lunch:
  • Salad:
  • Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrots, Rosemary Ham, Avocado, Cucumber
  • Afternoon Snack:
  • 10 prunes (organic, non-sorbate)
  • Dinner:
  • Slow-cooked Grass-fed Steak
  • 1/2 Avocado

For some unknown reason, I only managed 2 hours of sleep last night. When I got home, I was so exhausted that there was no possibility of a workout. I guess my week this week will start off with a rest day…
