Day 14 of my 90-day challenge.

Today’s Workout

  • Morning Workout:
  • 1 Mile
  • Evening Workout: Sprints
  • 2 miles warm-up
  • 2 miles cool-down
  • 4 sets of 15: Push ups, cross-over mountain climbers, outside-arms mountain climbers
  • 3 sets of Pull-ups: 15, 5, 10
  • Total Mileage: 4 Miles
  • Weekly Total: 26.5 Miles

Today’s Diet:

    • Breakfast:
    • Coconut Shrimp with turmeric and Italian seasoning
    • Avocado and Tomato with olive oil
    • Crimini Mushroom, green olive and carrot stir-fry
    • Morning Snack:
    • Nothing
    • Lunch:
    • 1/2 lb Back Forest Bacon

    • Afternoon Snack:
    • 10 prunes (organic, non-sorbate)

  • Dinner:
  • Leftover Shrimp from breakfast
  • Leftover stir-fry from breakfast

Had a really nice recovery run. Doing speed again tomorrow, so I need to make sure that my muscles are peak performance!
