Workout and Diet


Day 12 of my 90-day challenge.

Today’s Workout

  • Morning Workout:
  • Nothing
  • Evening Workout:
  • 1 set 40 Push ups
  • Total Mileage: 0 Miles
  • Weekly Total: 16 Miles

Today’s Diet:

  • Breakfast:
  • 2 roast chicken drumsticks, skin on
  • Watercress Salad with avocado, bacon bits, sliced almonds, sesame seed oil
  • Morning Snack:
  • 1 oz 100% Baker’s Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 oz Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Lunch: Salad
  • Golden beet salad in olive oil, with roasted tomatoes
  • Poached white fish, grilled sirloin, 2 large prawns, head on
  • Afternoon Snack:
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 ounce Bakers Chocolate (pure cocoa)
  • 1/2 oz Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Dinner:
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • kalamata olives
  • Smoked Mozzarella
  • Raw-milk Sharp Cheddar
  • Candied Ginger (about a handful)

Busy day – only had time to put together a quick set of pushups in between scheduled events.
