Have you ever had a really good bottle of wine which you accidentally left open for a night? Or you enjoyed drinking a glass, thinking you would have more tomorrow, but went out instead? Well, instead of dumping the bottle, why not turn it in to a salad dressing!
What you’ll need:
- 1/4 bottle of red wine (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Spices: salt/pepper, oregano, marjoram, thyme (rosemary optional)
This is the easiest recipe ever! Pour all ingredients in the red wine bottle, shake vigorously, let it cool in the fridge for at least a day, and serve!
